Vaxagen’s Mission
The mission of Vaxagen is simple: to improve the quality and extend the lives for individuals diagnosed with malignant melanoma.
R&D efforts over the past three decades have produced limited results. No new products have been approved for the treatment of advanced melanoma since 1998, and existing therapeutic options are estimated to benefit only 20% of patients.
Vaxagen believes it can help. It’s time to rethink what’s already been studied, to redefine what’s already shown clinical promise, and to renew what’s been around for over 30 years.
